Rental Information
Sherman Phoenix closes at 7 PM and all events must end at that time unless special arrangements have been made for an after-hour event, which carries an additional fee. A reservation is not considered booked until a contract and deposit is received.
- Rentals are a minimum of 2 hours. Setup time is not included in your event time.
- Catering menus for in-house catering can be provided upon request. No outside food allowed unless provided by a licensed caterer. Cooking is prohibited.
- Alcohol service must go through our onsite bar Cheers.
- 6ft folding tables and metal folding chairs available for $2.00 per chair/table.
- Linen would need to be rented separately or provided by a caterer, if required.
- After hours security is billed at $65/hour
- Screen and Projector: $50 (optional)
- Setup is $150 and includes one hour of setup time and 30 minute breakdown time. Additional setup time after one (1) hour will incur a $50 fee per hour for each additional hour.
- Cleaning fee is $75
- Registration table space in our connector area for event is $50
